The little Ghost Pokemon with the pink eyes usually carry golden masks. Here they complain to their evolved boss that they've been stolen. Boss gets grumpy, punishes their minion with a curse and - because it's a Ghost-type Pokemon - it takes a peek through the wall to spot a trainer and his Pokemon stealing his minions' golden masks.

The little Pokemon with the pink eyes also have some Pokedex entries about how they're deceased human souls who carry a death mask of their former selves. Sometimes they look at it and cry as they remember who they used to be in life.
Their evolved form (the boss monster here) has completely forgotten its humanity. It punishes grave robbers, turns people into mummies, and loves eating gold. That's what it's doing in the first panel. That panel also suggests it's devouring other Pokemon (those daggers/swords with the blue and pink sashes).
